The Triangle of Holistic Success

There are about 7 Billion people living on earth and there are about equal numbers of opinions about success and failure in life.

In today's nanosecond attention span, and multi-tasking zero seconds for reflection, what gets the least attention is the basics. We are looking for the newest app and the latest fashion plus entertainment, to feed our hunger and our insatiable need for feeling not left out. We are filling up every minute of the day with all the greatest things that make us feel occupied. However, why is it that depression and anxiety are the leading psychiatric disorders that are impacting us in various formats?

I know if you are reading this far you don't suffer from the deficit of attention or lack of inhibition. I make it short and sweet.
