2. Linking your self-worth to you attractiveness.
3. Placing too much importance on physical appearance and under rating other characteristics.
4. Over estimating how much other people evaluate and even notice your looks
5. Holding unrealistic expectation and standards for your own physical appearance.
1. Comparing yourself to others on regular basis
2. Over preparing before going out in public
3. Being overly obsessive with with dieting and exercising only for the reason of improving looks not health.
4. Attempting to hide away from scrutiny even from lovers
5. Seeking constant reassurance from outside world.
