They both have characters, stories, conflicts, resolutions, climaxes, scripts, lines, genre, theme, settings, cameras, actions, light sound and many many hours of input and dedication of professionals who care and make, maintain and project the movie on the big screen and we all get a feeling of wow that was a fantastic movie. After everything is said and done what makes a movie of  150 or so minutes memorable apart from the work of the editor and mixers the graphic designers and many other professionals is a magnificent story. The truth of the matter and fact is that change is automatic part of life whether we like it or not.  Imagine if there was no changes in Life? Change however is not always what we  welcome, the only changes we welcome are those that satisfy our needs. However  change is an inevitable part of life and nothing is forever.  The greatest precursor or precondition for having a relatively fulfilled and happy life in all major realms ie. Relationships, Health,  Career and Finance is to realize that  (Relativism is the Ultimate Realism). Meaning our success is in realizing  what stage of life we are at and that which changes are bound to occur, because  the only constant in life is change. As long as we don't resist it and accept  it and as long as we do not get attached too much to one set of conditions and accept to flow naturally between life stages we will have a relatively  fulfilled journey. There is whole new industry called the change industry. Gurus, consultants and coaches like myself preach certain mechanism to bring about positive change in some area of life. Mind you, these are well intended people and some of the great people, some of whom I have a great pleasure of working with.  However to be really honest with you  it is an amazing industry, it is like self-perpetuating never ending revolving door,  where people never get the result they really want and keep coming back for more.  Look at fitness and diet industry for instance.  Unfortunately a great percentage of changes that people desire are initiated under wrong or ill informed premise.  There are lots of books than one could really count and read, there is tons of information online. Words are potent means of not only transferring our ideas to the world. They are even more potent since it is with the power of language that we reconstruct the external reality of the world and shape our internal world and try to constitute a measure of certainty.  In fact, it is so powerful that with a slight difference in syntax and context of language we can change our internal world and under this, we will change and transform our means and methods of dealing with the external world.  Scientist has long been researching the origin, perpetuation, and differentiation of language.  The field of linguistics breaks down language study into several departments namely cognitive, generative, quantitative, and functional theories of grammar, phonology, morphology, syntax, lexis, semantics, pragmatics, and orthography. The Truth of The Matter and Fact is that wherever we are today ( Emotionally, Financially, Socially, Physically ...otherwise) is the result of our dominant and consistent patterns of behaviors across many domains. Unless we take a hold of these patterns and disrupt and engrave new pattern nothing will change.  We may have episodes of change but nothing will change in the long term. We at large have multiple personalities but generally speaking in terms of time there are three versions of  the self. Cognitive Psychology is the science of how we perceive the world around us and how we think about and make sense of it all.  It suggests that our brain is an efficient and impatient calculating network that continually asks questions and demands answers. All of our thinking is logical loops and when there is a logical gap our brain completes the gap, through inductive and deductive reasoning.   This is a marvellous mechanism that helped us survive the tough life on earth. However, there are certain loops that we run without being aware of that cause a great deal of misconception,  misunderstanding and ultimately missteps that can impact our relationships adversely.
